ترور زنجیره‌یی اعضای نیروهای امنیتی پیشین؛

طالبان «حسن رضا هزاره» را کشتند و جسد وی را نزد خود نگهداشتند

از زمان سقوط حکومت قبلی به ‌دست طالبان تاکنون صدها تن از نیروهای امنیتی پیشین از سوی این گروه بازداشت، شکنجه و یا کشته شده‌اند. رهبری طالبان در نخستین روزهای حاکمیت این گروه به صورت یکجانبه عفو عمومی اعلام کرد؛ اما در بیش از یک و نیم سال گذشته، ترور، بازداشت و شکنجه نظامیان پیشین از سوی طالبان به‌شدت ادامه داشته است.

در تازه ترین مورد، حسن رضا هزاره سرباز ارتش پیشین روز جمعه 21 دلو در غرب کابل  در ساحه موسوم به چهار راهی شهدا کشته شده است. تصاویری که در شبکه‌های اجتماعی منتشر شده، جسد افتاده فردی را در پیاده روی کنار سرک نشان میدهد.

آشنایان وی میگویند که او توسط طالبان با شلیک چندین گلوله کشته شده و تلیفون وی در حال حاضر نزد طالبان است و از این طریق افرادی که احتمالا با او تماس میگیرند را ردیابی خواهند کرد. رسانه‌ها همچنین گزارش کرده اند که طالبان جسد حسن رضا را نزد خود نگهداشته و این گروه به ریش سفیدانی که برای تحویل گرفتن جنازه وی رفته بودند، در پاسخ گفته که خانواده اش باید حاضر شود.

اینکه طالبان چگونه موفق شده حسن رضا را شناسایی کند خیلی روشن نیست اما به نظر می رسد که این کار را با کمک جاسوسان و نفوذی‌های خود انجام داده باشند.

شماری از آشنایان حسن رضا با نشر و همرسانی عکس‌هایی از این سرباز پیشین در فیسبوک، نوشته اند که وی چهار سال پیش ازدواج کرده بود و یک پسر سه ساله از وی برجای مانده است.

پیش از این خبرگزاری «نیویارک تایمز» در گزارشی تحقیقی گفته بود که در شش ماه نخست حاکمیت طالبان بر افغانستان، حدود ۵۰۰ نیروی امنیتی پیشین، بازداشت، شکنجه و کشته شده‌اند.

سازمان ملل متحد نیز پیشتر در گزارشی گفته که از ۲۴ اسد تا ۹ جدی سال ۱۴۰۰، بیش از یک صد تن از نیروهای امنیتی دولت پیشین توسط طالبان کشته شده‌اند.

روزنامه هشت صبح نیز در گزارشی در 27 میزان امسال نوشته که براساس یافته‌های این روزنامه، تنها در جریان دو ماه یعنی از 24 اسد تا 24 میزان سال روان، بیش از ۱۸ تن از نیروهای امنیتی پیشین از سوی طالبان در کشور تیرباران شده‌اند.

در این گزارش به نام، تاریخ و محل ترور و یا بازداشت این افراد مشخصا اشاره شده که ولایت های مختلف را در بر میگیرد.

براساس گزارش‌ها و روایت بستگان این قربانیان، اکثریت این افراد ابتدا بازداشت و بعد از مدتی شکنجه و لت و کوب شدید، به صورت فجیع کشته شده اند. یکی از این موارد بازداشت و بعد شکنجه منتهی به قتل محرم‌علی، فرمانده پولیس محلی پیشین در ولایت پروان است که خبر آن روز جمعه، ۱۸ سنبله همگانی شد.

در مقابل طالبان برخلاف وعده قبلی این گروه مبنی بر اعلام عفو عمومی، نه تنها به بازداشت، ترور و کشتار افراد ادامه داده اند بلکه این کار را با سکوت و انکار پیش می‌برند.

با این حال هنوز آمار دقیقی از مجموع کشته‌‌‌گان نیروهای امنیتی پیشین وجود ندارد. زیرا رسانه‌ها به شماری از مناطق دسترسی ندارند و برخی از این قتل‌ها به دلایل مختلف از جمله ترس خانواده‌های قربانیان از طالبان، از چشم رسانه‌ها پنهان باقی می‌ماند. از همین‌ رو در این گزارش تنها به موارد اشاره شده که قبلا رسانه‌‌ای شده‌ است.
