الهه دلاورزی همراه پدر و دو خواهرش با قید ضمانت آزاد شدند؛

الهه دلاورزی، دختر دانجشویی که به ادعای وی ابتدا از سوی سعید خوستی سخنگوی پیشین وزارت داخله طالبان ابتدا مورد تجاوز جنسی و بعد نکاح اجباری قرار گرفته و از سوی طالبان زندانی شده بود، اکنون آزاد شده است.
سودابه سها دلاورزی خواهر الهه، دقایقی پیش با نشر مطلبی در صفحه فیسبوکش از زندانی شدن و اینک رها شدن چهار عضو این خانواده خبر داده است.
او در این مطلب نوشته که او همراه خواهرش (مریم صدف دلاورزی) و پدرش (خواجه محمد حکیم دلاور) بعد از اخراج از پاکستان به دلیل ختم ویزای شان، از سوی طالبان زندانی و اینک با قید ضمانت آزاد شده اند.
سودابه نوشته: «من سودابه سها دلاورزی، پدرم خواجه محمد حکیم دلاور و خواهرم مریم صدف دلاورزی که ماه ها در کشور پاکستان بصورت غیرقانونی زندگی میکردیم. به تاریخ (16/ 12/ 1401) به دلیل ختم شدن مدت ویزه از کشور پاکستان اخراج شدیم و توسط مسؤلین امارت اسلامی افغانستان دستگیر شده و به ریاست چهل استخبارات طالبان در کابل انتقال داده شدیم».

سودابه نوشته که «مایان هریک سودابه سها دلاورزی، مریم صدف دلاورزی مشهور به صدف دلاورزی، خواجه محمد حکیم دلاور و الهه دلاورزی»، به قید ضمانت دو خانه شخصی شان از زندان استخبارات ریاست چهل آزاد شده اند.
خانواده دلاورزی پیشتر نهاد آمریکایی «هیومن فیرست» و برخی مقامات سازمان ملل در امور افغانستان را در امر بازداشت و عدم رهایی الهه متهم کرده بودند.
رسانه‌ها در آنزمان از قول خانواده خانم دلاورزی گزارش کردند که «ریچارد بنت، گزارش‌گر ویژه سازمان ملل بنابر دوستی و ارتباطی که با تیم هیومن فیرست، اعضای آن و جنرال مت ذیلر، حامی آن تیم دارد، از وظیفه خود سوء استفاده کرده و حقوق بشری آنان را سلب کرده است.»
به گفته آنان آقای بنت مراجع مختلف حقوقی را از اقدام برای آزادی الهه دلاورزی، «مانع» می‌شود و چندین ماده قانون حقوق بشر را در رابطه به قضیه الهه نقض کرده است.
در نامه خانواده دلاورزی آمده بود: «گزارش‌گر ویژه حقوق بشر سازمان ملل مرتکب جرم شده است، زیرا در صورت آزادی الهه دلاورزی خیانت و ارتباط تيم هيومن فرست با طالبان، افشا می‌شود.»
افشاگری الهه دلاورزی مبنی بر تعرض جنسی سعید خوستی بر وی و بعد ماجرای انتقال و بازداشت وی در پاکستان و انتقال دوباره به کابل و زندانی شدن از سوی طالبان، واکنش های زیادی بخصوص از سوی مدافعان حقوق بشر را برانگیخت.
