نقش پوشالی عبدالله در سیاست افغانستان؛

خبرگزاری میثاق- خروج جنجالی داکتر عبدالله پس از ماه ها حصر خانگی و آمدن دوباره او به افغانستان پس از نزدیک به دوماه در حالی که بیشتر سیاسیون و نخبگان کشور در صدد فرار از کشور بوده و هستند؛ با سوالات و ابهامات جدی در ذهن مردم افغانستان روبرو شده است.

اینکه عبدالله چرا در بحبوحه سقوط کابل، همراه با حامد کرزی در کابل ماندند، یکی از مسایل پر رمز ورازی است که روزی شاید زوایای پنهان آن بیشتر مشخص شود اما قدر مسلم این است که او، مدت ها پس از حضور طالبان در کابل، در حصر خانگی نگه داری و حتی ملاقات هایش نیز از سوی طالبان مدیریت می شد.

بن بست سیاسی طالبان و عدم مشروعیت جهانی و منطقه این گروه، گره‎ای بوده و هست که به باور اغلب کارشناسان، می تواند بخشی از آن با دستان عبدالله عبدالله باز شود و از همین رو، طالبان با گرفتن تضمین های جدی، به او اجازه دادند که از افغانستان خارج شود و ظاهرا به هندوستان و به دیدن خانواده اش برود.

منابع مختلفی تایید می کنند که عبدالله عبدالله در هندوستان، با مقامات سیاسی زیادی از جمله، تام ویست نماینده ویژه امریکا در امور افغانستان دیدار و ملاقات داشته است؛ عبدالله عبدالله نیز عکس های ملاقات خود با آقای ویست را همگانی کرد.

به گفته منابع نزدیک به عبدالله، او در این مدت بیکار ننشسته و زمینه سفر یک هیات بلند پایه سیاسی هندی را نیز به افغانستان تسهیل کرده است و ممکن است به زودی سفارت این کشور نیز در افغانستان بازگشایی شود؛ ماموریتی که ظاهرا طالبان به عبدالله سپرده اند تا از تجربه دیپلماتیک او، برای عادی سازی روابط کابل با کشورهای همسایه استفاده کند.

بازگشت دوباره عبدالله به کابل نیز در همین راستا، قابل توجیه است که او، این روزها یکی از مهره های درشت حکومت پیشین است که خواسته یا ناخواسته، برای مشروعیت منطقه ای و جهانی طالبان لابی‌گری می کند و حتی ممکن است به زودی صاحب دیوان و دفتری درکابل شود.

شماری از نزدیکان داکتر عبدالله نیز آماده بازگشت به کابل هستند و ظاهرا به آنان نیز وعده داده شده است که دوباره برمحور داکتر عبدالله، می توانند کارهای شان را ادامه دهند و در قالب یک تشکیل تازه، فعالیت کنند.

سوال اساسی این است که چرا عبدالله عبدالله، درحالی که می توانست از زیرسایه حاکمیت طالبان بگریزد و حتی مانند شمار زیادی از سیاسیون گریخته، شعار مقاومت و مبارزه با طالبان را سر دهد، دوباره به کابل بازگشته است؟

آیا طالبان، تضمین های سنگینی از او گرفته اند که درکابل بماند و برای این گروه لابی گری کند؟ آیا او در یک برنامه از پیش تعیین شده، بخشی از برنامه ای است که در کابل بماند و برای فردای سیاست افغانستان دوباره نقش آفرینی کند؟ آیا عبدالله با برخی کشورها از جمله امریکا در بازی پیچیده چندماه اخیر، هماهنگ بوده است؟

جواب تمامی این سوالات به زودی مشخص خواهند شد اما آنچه مسلم است این است که عبدالله عبدالله، در طول سالها حضور در سیاست افغانستان، هیچگاهی خط مشخص سیاسی نداشته و ندارد و همواره تلاش کرده است که از آب گل آلود ماهی بگیرد.

او در بحبوحه انتخابات جنجالی ریاست جمهوری، با اعلام دولت موازی، تلاش کرد تا امتیازات بیشتری از تیم اشرف غنی بگیرد و در بدل به دست آوردن یک عنوان تشریفاتی و مقداری پول و امکانات، تسلیم برنامه های اشرف غنی شد و بسیاری از یاران سیاسی اش از جمله کریم خلیلی، عبدالرشید دوستم و محمد محقق را در میدان تنها گذاشت.

او در بیست سال گذشته، همواره بعنوان یک مهره شیک پوش و اما پوشالی، حضور غیر موثری در سیاست افغانستان دارد و انتظار نمی رود که در حکومت تازه نیز، بتواند در راستای تامین منافع مردم افغانستان، نقش تعیین کننده ای داشته باشد.

شاید برای عبدالله، حضور دررسانه ها، ملاقات های تشریفاتی و لباس های رنگارنگ، جذابیت بیشتری داشته باشد تا مبارزه برای به دست آوردن حداقل هایی از آزادی، اقتصاد، امنیت و تحصیل برای مردم افغانستان.

عبدالله در مدت حضورش در کابل و دوماه حضور در بیرون نیز، هرگز انتقادات جدی نسبت به کشتار غیر نظامیان، زندانی کردن دختران در خانه و ممانعت از تحصیل شان و نیز مسایل مهم دیگر، مطرح نکرده است و این نیز می تواند بر ابهامات حضور او در کابل، بیفزاید. دوقولوی سیاسی او در کابل یعنی حامد کرزی برخلاف داکتر عبدالله، حداقل هر ازگاهی نسبت به مسایلی چون ممانعت تحصیل دختران و حجاب اجباری طالبان، از خود واکنش نشان داده است.
